Football kit news from Ireland as the new Umbro 2022 Shamrock Rovers home kit has been officially unveiled this afternoon, a day earlier than expected.
The new Shamrock Rovers home jersey 2022 is inspired by the home shirts worn by the club from 1997-2001 and sees the traditional white and green hoops with the latter much darker than in recent seasons.
The green hoops themselves feature a small tonal diamond pattern.
A green Umbro logo is placed on the right breast with the Shamrock Rovers badge on the left breast.
In the centre of the front is the 888 Sport shirt sponsor.
Thin gold trim circles the cuffs.
Inside the neckline is green ‘Ireland’s Number One’ text.
The green and white hoops continue down the back of the football shirt.
