Football kit news from the Bundesliga as a special Borussia Dortmund 2022-23 ‘Coal and Steel’ shirt made by Puma has been unveiled this morning.

The special edition 2022-23 Borussia Dortmund shirt is inspired by the city’s past coal and steel industry and sees a charcoal black jersey featuring a tonal pattern.

The Puma logo on the right breast, the BVB badge on the left breast and the 1&1 shirt sponsor are all steel coloured and feature an integrated map of Dortmund.

The players names and squad numbers are also steel coloured and also feature a map of Dortmund.

On the back of the neck is ‘Dortmund Unites’ text.
