Football kit news from Germany as a special Arminia Bielefeld ‘Teutoburger Wald’ shirt 2021-22 has been released.

The jersey highlights the fact that the local Teutoburger Wald is suffering due to dying trees and climate change.
The Bielefeld Teutoburger Wald shirt features a tonal grey gradient forest graphic with an image of the clubs namesake, Arminius holding up a sword ready to defend the forest.

In the centre of the front is the message “Niemand erobert den Teutoburger Wald”, which translates as “No one conquers the Teutoburger Forest”.
A dark grey Macron logo is placed on the right breast with a monochrome Arminia Bielefeld badge on the left.
Both the collar and sleeves are coloured dark grey.

A special white logo is placed on the side of the left sleeve which features an image of the world with a leaf sprouting out.

Proceeds from the shirt sales will go towards reforesting the Teutoburger Wood.
Arminia Bielefeld will wear the special kit when they face Hertha BSC in the Bundesliga match.
