Football kit news from Sky Bet League Two as yesterday it was announced that Rochdale AFC have agreed a four year kit deal with O’Neills which begins at the start of the 2023-24 season.
As part of the deal the club’s supporters will have the chance to vote on the new 2023-24 home and away kits with a number of designs to be put forward.
A Rochdale AFC spokesperson said, “We are delighted to begin what we hope will be a long-standing, successful partnership with O’Neills.
“From the beginning of our discussions, they have shown a real understanding of the club and our supporters.
“This process was about finding the best commercial deal for the club, as well as working with a company that can provide the best quality products in terms of design, fit and availability.
“Along with their base in Ireland, O’Neills have a manufacturing plant in the UK, which will benefit the club hugely with regards to lead times, which as supporters know, has provided issues with previous manufacturers.
“We are looking forward to working in close partnership, starting with designs for our 2023/24 Kits.”
Errea had been the club’s kit supplier for the last eight seasons.
