Plymouth Argyle has officially launched its highly anticipated away kit for the 2026-27 season. Produced by Puma, the fresh new look departs from last season’s dark aesthetic and introduces a striking, oceanic design that pays homage to the city’s deep maritime roots.
Inspired by Plymouth Sound
According to the club, the new 2026-27 away shirt is directly inspired by the shores of Plymouth Sound. Throughout its history, Plymouth has been the starting point for some of the world’s most famous maritime journeys—including the Mayflower, Captain Cook’s Voyages of Discovery, and Charles Darwin’s expedition aboard the HMS Beagle.
To honor this legacy, Puma has designed a bold, wave-inspired blue and white patterned shirt. The fluid graphics on the front evoke the movement of the ocean, perfectly capturing Plymouth’s identity as Britain’s Ocean City.
