Piacenza Calico Centenary Shirt Released

Football kit news from Italy’s Serie C as the Piacenza Calcio Centenary shirt made by Macron has been released.

The Italian kit manufacturer who have been supplying the Piacenza Calcio kits for the last 10 years have produced the clubs retro looking Centenary shirt which is sure to be a big hit with the clubs supporters.

The Piacenza Calcio Centenary shirt has a red base colour with fine white vertical stripes running down the jersey as worn by the club in the 1980’s. The all white collar is inspired by the shirt worn by the club in the late 90’s and early 00’s.

On the left breast is the club logo as used by the Italian side in the 1950’s to 1960’s. On the right breast is the Piacenza Calcio Centenary logo.

Finally the white lace collar is inspired by the very first Piacenza shirt worn back in 1919.

Tonal Macron logo’s are placed on the side of the shoulders.

The limited edition Piacenza Centenary shirt comes in a presentation box that has a gold inscription that reads ‘100 Years, A Century Of History’. Included in the box are the names of all the players that have worn the Piacenza jersey since 1919.

The ‘Biancorossi Wolves’ will wear the Centenary jersey from January 2019 onwards.
