Days after we released a draft image of the new 2014/15 Manchester United third kit made by Nike it’s been officially launched this evening.
Manchester United’s new 14/15 third strip which will be worn in tonight’s friendly against Inter Milan is inspired by the blue kits worn during the 1980’s and also the now iconic kit worn by Sir Matt Busby’s men during the 1968 European Cup Final win over Benfica at Wembley.

The front of the 2014/15 Man Utd 3rd shirt is vibrant blue whilst the back is a darker shade of the same blue. A red stripe runs down each sleeve and down both sides of the jersey seperating the two shades of blue.

The three buttoned polo neck collar is coloured the darker shade of blue whilst inside the back of the neck is the slogan ‘Youth, Courage, Greatness’.
A red Nike Swoosh appears on the right breast with the MUFC badge on the left. Chevrolet have their logo in the middle of the jersey.
Both the shorts and socks have the two toned blue with the lighter shade on the front and the darker on the back.
