Lotto Genoa 2015 Commemrative First Championship Kit

News from Italy’s Serie A now as a special Lotto Genoa 2015 Commemrative First Championship kit has been revealed to celebrate the anniversary of the clubs first Italian league title in 1898.

  

Genoa are the oldest football club in Italy and on May 8th 1898 they won the first ever football tournament in Italy, a knock-out tournament in Turin. 

The special Genoa 2015 jersey is inspired by the clubs rich history and not by the kit worn during their first Italian League Championship.


The Genoa 2015 Commemrative jersey has a navy base colour with a unique red collar.  The cuffs are also red and both have a white Lotto logo on the side.

A white Lotto logo appears on the right breast with the St George’s cross on the left with the lettering ‘Primi Campioni d’Italia’ underneath which translates as ‘First Italian Champions’.

Inside the neckline are the years when Genoa won their nine league titles.

Pictured below is the striking goalkeeper jersey.

 
This unique Genoa 2015 kit will debut during theSerie A match against Torino on Monday.
