Working with Adidas the 2020-21 Ipswich Town away kit is the most sustainable in the clubs history having been manufactured using the German brands Primeblue technology which recycles waste from the Worlds oceans and beaches.

Lee Hyde the Director of retail at Ipswich Town said, “With our fine county of Suffolk having such an expansive coastline, it’s key that we look to endorse and support the outstanding work which adidas and Parley For The Oceans are carrying out. The global impact that this sustainable manufacturing process could have on the environment is monumental. Keeping our areas of outstanding beauty clean and waste-free is something we should all strive to achieve.”

“Choosing a Primeblue playing kit which is made with Parley Ocean plastic® enables the Club to play a very small part in assisting the efforts to clean up our oceans and promote a core focus on sustainability and recycling.”

The 2020-21 away shirt is pale blue with an all over graphic pattern whilst the sleeves and thick collar remain pale blue.

Blue Adidas stripes are placed on the shoulders whilst the Adidas logo on the right breast and the Carers Trust logo in the centre of the football shirt are also coloured blue.

On the left breast is a monochrome Ipswich Town badge.
