Dutch side Feyenoord have today announced that they’ve signed a five year deal with Adidas to manufacture their kits from 2014/15 onwards.
The new deal with adidas will take effect from July 2014 when current kit manufacturer Puma who have supplied the clubs clothing since the start of the 2009/10 season. Feyenoord previously wore adidas during a 9 year period from 1991-2000.
Feyenoord’s commercial director Mark Koevermans said, ‘adidas is the number one football brand worldwide. It’s also a no-nonsense company that is a very good fit for Feyenoord. The partnership felt right for us the moment we started discussions with adidas.’
