Football kit news from the Scottish Championship as the new Dundee FC 2020-21 Macron third kit was officially unveiled yesterday after its initial release was delayed due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic.
Over the past few seasons the club have used their third kit to support the SSAFA, the UK’s oldest military charity which provides support to those currently in the services, veterans and their families.
The 2020-21 Dundee FC third shirt is predominantly gold with a subtle all over camo effect pattern.
The start of the sleeves and the collar are coloured black as is the Macron logo on the right breast and the Crown Engineering Services Ltd shirt sponsor.
On the left breast is the Dundee FC badge with a red scroll ribbon on the top with black text which reads ‘The Black Watch Association’. At the base of the badge is another scroll ribbon which reads ‘SSAFA’.
The camo effect pattern continues on the back of the football shirt.
Black ‘1893’ numbering is placed on the back of the neck in reference to when The Black Watch Association was founded.
Black shorts with red socks complete the Dundee FC Armed Forces kit 2020-21.
A proportion of all shirt sales will be donated to the SSAFA and The Black Watch Association.
