Football kit news from La Liga in Spain as a special Atlético Madrid 120th anniversary kit 2023-24 made by Nike has been unveiled.
On April 26th Atletico Madrid celebrate their 120th anniversary and to mark the occasion they have released a special kit inspired by the very first one worn by the club.
When the club were formed back in 1903 Atletico Madrid’s colours were blue and white before they changed to the red and white they use today.
The 120th anniversary Atletico Madrid jersey sees the right half coloured blue and the left half coloured white.
The sleeves are coloured blue whilst the collar and cuffs are coloured white.
A white Nike logo is placed on the right breast with the original Atletico Madrid crest on the left breast.
In the centre of the front is the WhaleFin.com shirt sponsor.
Blue shorts and socks complete the special Atletico Madrid 120th anniversary kit that will serve as the club’s away kit for the 2023-24 season.
Atletico Madrid will wear the 120th anniversary kit when they face Mallorca on Wednesday.
