AIK 1924 Edition Goalkeeper Shirt Released

Football kit news from Sweden as the AIK 1924 Edition goalkeeper shirt made by Nike was released after a number of requests to put the shirt on sale.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Allsvenskan, AIK, the league’s longest serving club released a special AIK 1924 Edition shirt made by Nike inspired by the kit worn during the 1924-25 season.

Unsurprisingly the outfield jersey sold out straight away which led to high demand for the AIK 1924 Edition goalkeeper jersey to be released.

The shirt is predominantly white with a black collar and cuffs.

Unlike the outfield jersey the black ‘AIK’ text is placed on the left breast rather than running across the chest.

A white barely noticeable Nike logo is placed on the right breast.
