Valencia CF have released a 10th Anniversary Cup Double Home Shirt to celebrate 10 years since they won the La Liga & UEFA Cup double back in 2003/04.
A decade ago Valencia CF achieved the greatest moment in their history when they won both the Spanish League title and the UEFA Cup in the same season.
The new special edition Valencia home shirt is inspired by the Nike shirt that worn by players such as Pablo Aimar and David Albelda, so the base colour is white but the round neck collar and the sleeves are coloured black and their is no sign of the orange colour that is used on the current 2013/14 Valencia home jersey.
Inside the collar is the name and squad number of all the players that were part of the double winning squad and not forgetting the manager at the time, former Liverpool and current Napoli gaffer Rafa Benitez.
A black Joma logo is placed on the right breast whilst the VCF badge is placed on the left breast. Official shirt sponsor Solar Jinko have their name in the middle of the jersey coloured black.
At the bottom of the jersey on the left hand side is a special round badge that has an image of the two cups and the words ‘X Aniversario – Dobleta 2004-2014’.
Valencia’s 2013/14 special double kit will be worn in the match against Osasuna on December 1.
