Turkish Airlines To Replace Samsung As Chelsea Kit Sponsor?

Today former Barcelona Marketing Officer Esteve Calzada teased that Turkish Airlines could replace Samsung as the Chelsea kit sponsor from 2015/16.

English newspaper The Daily Mail reported that Turkish Airlines are top of the list to replace Samsung as the Chelsea shirt sponsor from 2015/16, then Esteve Calzada the Barcelona marketing manager between 2002-07 took to Twitter this evening to reveal that he has been told the deal will go ahead.

Samsung have been Chelsea’s shirt sponsor since 2005 with the current deal which runs out in 2015 said to be worth £18million a season.

The West London club agreed a 10 year deal with German brand Adidas last summer in a deal worth £300million.
