Yesterday Turkish Airlines posted a Tweet confirming they are the new Chelsea kit sponsors before swiftly deleting it.
Although their are no definite details to date the tweet all but confirms what we leaked a few weeks back that Turkish Airlines will replace Samsung as Chelsea’s shirt sponsor from the start of the 2015/16 season.
Former Barcelona Marketing Officer Esteve Calzada revealed a couple of weeks ago that he deal with Turkish Airlines was all but complete.
So the 2015/16 Chelsea kits will feature a new shirt sponsor but will be made by Adidas for the foreseeable future after the two parties agreed a 10 year contract worth £300million last Summer.
