Football kit news from the English Premier League as despite releasing three kits for the 2019-20 season Southampton FC will wear the 2018-19 red third shirt against Newcastle United for this Sunday’s fixture at St James Park due to a kit clash.
All three of the Southampton 2019-20 kits made by Under Armour are deemed to clash with the 2019-20 Newcastle United home kit made by Puma so the Premier League requested the Saints wear another change kit.
Southampton have opted to use last seasons 2018-19 third shirt updated with the clubs new shirt sponsor for the 2019-20 season.
