News from The Championship now as QPR have just announced a ten year kit deal with Dryworld who replace previous kit supplier Nike.
The multi million pound kit deal sees the Canadian brand add Queens Park Rangers to the growing list of recent partnership deals which include Brazilian teams Atlético Mineiro, Fluminense and Goias.
It’s Dryworld’s first UK kit deal but they hope to agree more over the next few seasons.
Euan Inglis the Commercial Director at QPR told the clubs website, “We are delighted to partner with DRYWORLD.
“This is a new and exciting partnership for both ourselves and DRYWORLD and we’re really looking forward to working alongside their team over the coming years.
“The financial aspects of any commercial partnership are obviously important, but the priority for the club with this particular agreement was to have complete autonomy over our kits, so that we could ensure bespoke designs, which meet the core principles that we know are of paramount importance to our supporters.”
It sounds as though the 2016-17 QPR kits have already by designed and signed off as Dryworld CEO Lee Hoos said, “The kits for next season are fantastic and we’re very confident the fans will be happy with them.
“We’re fully aware of what the fans want, with the Hoops going all the way round, and we’re excited about unveiling them at the end of June.”
