Former British Olympic sprinter Linford Christie has tweeted a picture which appears to show Thierry Henry wearing the new Puma Arsenal 2014/15 home shirt.
Arsenal agreed a deal with Puma back in May to be the clubs official kit manufacturer from the 2014/15 season for five years in a deal worth a staggering £30million a year.
Linford Christie posted a picture on his Twitter account of himself with fellow Puma ambassador and Gunners Legend Theirry Henry with current players Olivier Giroud and Bacary Sagna. Christie quickly deleted the image from his Twitter account but it was too late, it had gone viral.
As you can see from the picture the new Arsenal home shirt for 2014/15 has a red base colour wirh white sleeves. The Puma logo on the right breast and official shirt sponsor ‘Fly Emirates’, which appears in the middle of the jersey is also coloured white. The AFC crest is placed on the left breast.
Noticable features of the shirt are the roundneck collar and it appears to be tight fitting unless Henry is wearing a size too small.
