The Bristol Rovers 1999-01 Avec home shirt is made up of the traditional blue and white quarters whilst the left sleeve is blue and the right one coloured white.

A white Avec logo is placed on the right breast whilst the BRFC badge is placed on the left. White Cowlin Construction lettering is placed in the middle of the football shirt on top of a horizontal blue band.
