Nike PSV Eindhoven 2015 Farewell Kit Revealed

News from the 2014/15 Dutch Eredivisie Champions as a PSV Eindhoven 2015 Farewell Kit has been revealed to commemorate Nike’s 20 years of manufacturing PSV’s football kits.

Nike have been the kit supplier of PSV since 1995 but back in February the Dutch side revealed that had agreed a kit deal with Umbro, bringing an end to a 20 year partnership. PSV also announced in April this year that they will not be extending the contract of long term shirt sponsor ‘Philips’.

Based on the first PSV away kit made by Nike the PSV Eindhoven Farewell Shirt has a purple base colour whilst the tops of the shoulders and the stripe that runs down each side of the jersey is coloured ‘Volt’ (eluminous yellow) as is the club badge.

Long term shirt sponsor ‘Philips’ have their name in the middle of the football shirt coloured white.

The shorts feature a thin tonal horizontal striped pattern whilst the socks are also purple. 

  
PSV Eindhoven will wear the Nike Farewell Kit during their final Eredivisie matches against Heracles Almelo on May 10th and ADO Den Haag on May 17th.
