Nike Atletico Madrid Home Kit 2015/16 Revealed

News from Spain this morning as yesterday the new Nike Atletico Madrid home kit 2015/16 was officially revealed.

Inspired by the kit worn back in the 1995/96 season when Atletico Madrid completed the league and cup double, the jersey is made up of the traditional red and white vertical stripes although each red stripe has a thin red pinstripe running either side of it.

  
A blue vertical stripe runs from the armpit to the bottom of the football shirt whilst the back half of the ‘V’ neck collar and the Nike Swoosh on the right breast are also blue.

Plus500 who have been the Spanish club’s back of the shirt sponsor previously now have their logo in the middle of the Atletico Madrid 15/16 jersey after they agreed a two year deal after the Azerbaijan shirt sponsorship deal was not extended.

For the first time in Atletico’s history the back of the home shirt will not feature white vertical stripes and will be completely red.
