Football shirt news from Argentina today as we can reveal the new red and white River Plate 2013/14 away shirt made by Adidas.

Club Atlético River Plate are Argentina’s most successful football club having won the domestic title 35 times.

River Plates new away shirt has a red front and back whilst the sides of the jersey and the sleeves are coloured white. The collar is also coloured white but features black trim. The famous adidas stripes on the shoulders are also coloured black.

A white adidas logo is placed on the right breast whilst the ‘CARP’ crest is placed on the left breast. The official shirt sponsor ‘BBVA Frances’, have their name in the middle of the jersey coloured white and on the back of the shirt at the top again coloured white.

The New River Plate away kit was worn during the 0-0 draw with Cordoba on Sunday.
