Nacional 2023 Umbro Away Kit Unveiled

Football kit news from Uruguay as the new Nacional 2023 Umbro away kit has been officially unveiled.

The 2023 Nacional away kit is inspired by the clubs Gran Parque Central stadium which in 1923 was devastated by fire but was rebuilt in the same year to become the sole venue for the 1923 Copa America, a tournament which Uruguay won.

The shirt is predominantly red with a tonal abstract pattern representing the flames of the fire but also the passion of the Uruguayan National team.

The collar and cuffs are coloured navy with a red and light blue pattern representing the celebrations that took place in the Gran Parque Central Stadium when Uruguay lifted the 1923 Copa America trophy.

A white Umbro logo is placed on the right breast with the Nacional badge on the left breast.

In the centre of the front is the ántel shirt sponsor coloured white.
