The special 2021-22 Melbourne Victory FFA Cup celebration shirt honours the 2-1 victory over Central Coast Mariners back in February.

The shirt is navy with a gold chevron made up of small gold circles.

A gold Macron logo is placed on the right breast with a gold monochrome Melbourne Victory badge on the left breast.

In the centre of the front is a small gold FFA Cup

Beneath the chevron the metricon shirt sponsor is coloured gold.
