Football kit news from the English Premier League as the new limited edition Chelsea ‘Forty Two’ Champions shirt made in collaboration with art inspired brand Dodici Otto was released this morning.

The limited edition 2021-22 Chelsea home shirt honours the clubs 1-0 Champions League triumph over Manchester City in Porto last season, the second time the club have won Europe’s top competition.

Key moment’s from that game in Porto are represented on the limited edition 2021-22 home shirt via digitally transformed hand drawn illustrations including Kai Havertz’s iconic knee-slide celebration, N’Golo Kante’s man-of-the-match performance, Thomas Tuchel’s post match reaction, the starting line-up and a nod towards Chelsea winning the Champions League twice.

Only 420 Chelsea Forty Two shirts have been made available to the public to honour Havertz’s goal in the 42nd minute.

Each shirt comes in a bespoke presentation box signed by Jordan who designed the shirt.
