Football kit news from Sky Bet League Two as the new Leyton Orient 2020-21 Kits made by New Balance are sponsored by England and Tottenham forward Harry Kane!
In a unique deal Kane who made his senior debut for the O’s in 2011 whilst on loan has bought the clubs shirt sponsorship and has donated it to three different charities.
The 2020-21 Leyton Orient home shirt is red with a thin white diagonal stripe starting from the armpit.
Both the New Balance logo on the right breast and the trim on the sides of the cuffs are coloured white.
In the centre of the football shirt is a ‘Thank You Frontline Workers’ message.
The black away shirt sees both the New Balance logo and the trim on the side of the cuffs coloured white. In the centre of the football shirt is the Haven House Children’s Hospice logo.
Finally the 2020-21 Leyton Orient third shirt sees the return of ‘braces’ an iconic kit from the clubs past which sees a white jersey featuring two red stripes on the front.
Kane has donated the space on this shirt to Mind, the mental health charity.
Not only will this unique deal generate more interest but 10% from each sale will go to the respective charities.
Talking about the unique sponsorship deal Harry Kane said, “I was born and brought up only at a couple of miles from the stadium and I am really happy to have the opportunity to give back to the club that gave me my first professional start.”
