Leeds United ‘Alternative Kit’ During Friendly

During last nights 1-2 Friendly win over Forest Green Rovers, Leeds United has to wear an ‘alternate kit’ as their 2018-19 kits have yet to be released.

Leeds United players took to the pitch wearing a predominantly blue Kappa strip, thought to be a training kit with the players names and numbers printed on.

Earlier in the day the club tweeted that the club would wear an alternative kit for the friendly and also revealed that the new Leeds United kits 2018-19 will be revealed next week.

The delay in Leeds United new kits is thought to be the issue with the new club badge having to be redesigned after the clubs supporters were left unhappy with the clubs first effort. This led to a delay in the 2018-19 kits being signed off.
