Grimsby Town Release Cycling Jersey Based On 2015-16 Home Shirt

News with a difference tonight from the Vanarama National League as Grimsby Town have released a cycling jersey based on their 2015-16 home shirt made by Errea.

The Grimsby Town cycling jersey features the clubs famous black and white vertical stripes with a black band across the chest. The limited edition jersey is made by Italian manufacturer NW Sport who have a close relationship with the Mariners football kit manufacturer Errea. The NW Sport logo is placed on the right breast with the Grimsby badge on the left.

As with the 2015-16 home football shirt ‘Youngs’ also sponsor the Grimsby cycling jersey which has already sold out, although the club have ordered more in to meet demand.

The idea came from the clubs commercial manager Dave Smith who started cycling earlier this year and is riding from Land’s End to John O’Groats in August 2016 to help raise funds for the clubs youth team.
