Football kit news from Northern Ireland as the new Glenavon FC 130th Anniversary retro shirt has been officially released by the NIFL Premiership side.
The retro Glenavon FC shirt is a mixture of the clubs famous ‘Broomhill shirt’ which was recently voted the clubs most popular shirt, and the shirt worn during the 5-1 victory in the 1961 Irish Cup Final.
The shirt is blue with thin white stripes running down the jersey and the sleeves. A white splattered paint effect appears on the chest and the bottom of the sleeves.
On the right breast is a subtle ‘130’ whilst on the left breast is the club crest.
In the centre of the football shirt is a blue ‘Broomhill’ sponsor.
The unique graphic appears on the back.
The retro Glenavon FC 130th Anniversary shirt won’t be worn by the players in a competitive match.
