We leaked it a few weeks back and today the new Everton 2013/14 Home Kit (with controversial badge) has officially been released.
Evertonians were in uproar a month or so ago when the club revealed the new revised EFC crest. Fans took to social media sites Twitter and Facebook to voice their disapproval at the new crest and so Everton FC released a statement saying that the new crest will only used for one season and that supporters will have their say on the new crest for 2014/15.
The new Everton home shirt has a blue base colour and features a white polo neck collar with two white hoops on each of the sleeves.
A white Nike Swoosh is placed on the right breast whilst the controversal crest is placed on the left breast. Chang Beer who have been the clubs official shirt sponsors since 2004 continue to sponsor Everton and have their name and logo in the middle of the jersey coloured white.
The new Everton home kit is completed with white shorts and white socks with blue trim at the top.
Our Opinion: Wasn’t sure about it at first but its growing on me.
