Club Lanús Falklands War 40th Anniversary Shirt 2021-22

Football kit news from Argentina as a special limited edition Club Lanús Falklands War 40th anniversary shirt 2021-22 has been released.

The shirt pays tribute to the men and women who helped defend Argentine sovereignty in the South Atlantic.

The limited edition Club Lanús Malvinas War jersey is predominantly white with blue and white cuffs inspired by the Argentina flag.

Both the Errea logo on the right breast and the Mapei shirt sponsor are coloured white.

On the left breast is a white Club Lanús crest with a circular blue and white border, again inspired by the Argentina flag, with the years ‘1982 – 2022’ coloured white at the base.

In the bottom right corner of the front is a special tag marking the 40th anniversary of the Falklands War.

Club Lanús will wear the special kit when they face Vélez Sarsfield today.
