During last nights Premier League 2-0 win against West Ham, Chelsea wore special 2018-19 home shirts that featured the Building Bridges logo.
Monday’s match was Chelsea’s annual Game for Equality, a celebration of the clubs equality and diversity work.
During the warm up the Chelsea squad to to the Stamford Bridge pitch wearing Game for Equality t-shirts.
Chelsea’s Building Bridges initiative aims to bring together anti discrimination campaigns and charities to highlight the importance of discrimination in football.
The Chelsea matchworn shirts from yesterday’s victory, which saw Eden Hazard score a brace against West Ham will be put up for auction with all proceeds going to the Chelsea Foundation.
