Carlise United Forced To Register New Sondico 2015-16 Third Kit

Earlier this week Football League Two side Carlise United we’re forced to create and register a new Sondico 2015-16 third kit prior to today’s 1-1 draw with Wycombe Wanderers at Adams Park.

Carlise Utd’s kitman Colin Nixon contacted today’s match official Rob Lewis on Tuesday just to confirm that the clubs 2015-16 black away kit would be suitable for the League Two fixture but the official was concerned that the black strip would clash with the navy squares on Wycombe’s home shirts. Colin then asked whether the Carlise home kit would be suitable but that was ruled out due to the light blue squares on Wycombe’s home jerseys. The Kitman then approached Wycombe to see if they would be willing to wear their away kit but the club declined leaving Carlise only one option, to create and register a new third kit prior to today’s match.

The Carlise Utd 2015-16 third shirt has a red base colour with a black colourblock at the top of the jersey. A thin white horizontal stripe runs across the top of the chest.

Carlisle’s badge is placed on the left breast with a Sondico logo on the right. Interestingly Virgin Trains the clubs official shirt sponsor have their logo in the middle of the jersey and a smaller version below the Sondico logo.

White shorts and red socks complete the Carlise Utd 2015-16 3rd kit.
