Football kit news from the Championship as the new Bristol City 2019-20 home shirt featuring the clubs new crest has been revealed.
The 2019-20 Bristol City home shirt is predominantly red with thin white trim on the cuffs.
Both the Bristol Sport logo on the right breast and the Dunder shirt sponsor are coloured white.
On the left breast is the new Bristol City badge that will be used on all 2019-20 kits and teamwear.
The new round Bristol City crest will feature the return of the robin as well as the date ‘1894’ as the club will celebrate their 125th anniversary since forming when they were originally known as Bristol South End.
Jon Lansdown the Vice-Chairman of Bristol City said, “The robin has long been a symbol of Bristol City and has been part of our history through imagery, words and song. It is important that we have an instantly recognisable crest that reflects the club and we want to fully own this symbolic part of our identity.
