Bristol City will play next season in League One after being relegated from the Championship during 2012/13.

Bristol City’s new home kit will see their revert back to the traditional red and white colours following feedback from the clubs supporters.

The kits were officially unveiled as part of the clubs #betheface campaign where more than 450 supporters applied to model the new kits. Alice Llewellyn, Jake Aird, Tony Smith, William Jaques, Robert & Harriet Collins were chosen by the club.

Kevin Smith the Bristol City commercial director told the clubs official website, “We understand we are the first club ever to allow supporters to launch a new kit, via our #betheface campaign.

“The response was tremendous and we selected six committed fans who spent a day with our photographer, as well as members of the first team squad. The photoshoot was a great day and this really comes across in the pictures.”

Smith added: “We are delighted with the new kits for the 2013/14 season.

“We’ve listened to supporters’ feedback about the home kit and return to our traditional colours. For the away strip, it’s a return to the black shirt for the first time in a couple of years.”
