Bolton Wanderers 2015/16 Third Kit To Commemorate Burnden Disaster 

English Championship side Bolton Wanderers have today revealed that their 2015/16 Macron third kit will commemorate the Burnden Disaster.



On March 9th 1946 thirty three Bolton fans died at Burden Park after overcrowding on the terraces caused a stampede in which 100’s more were injured.

To mark the 70th Anniversary of the disaster a special limited edition Bolton third shirt will be released by Macron with the names of the 33 people who lost their lives printed into the fabric.



The limited edition Bolton shirt will have a navy base colour with white trim on the collar. A Lancashire rose and date of the Burnden Disaster ’09-03-1946’ will appear on the back of the football shirt.

Only 1000 Burnden Disaster Bolton Wanderers Commemrative jerseys will be released with £10 from each shirt sale going to a charity of the clubs choice.
