Football kit news from the League of Ireland Premier Division as the new Bohemian FC 2024 ‘Thin Lizzy’ away kit made by O’Neills has been unveiled.
The new 2024 Bohemian FC away jersey pays tribute to Thin Lizzy’s 1977 gig which took place at Dalymount Park and was Dublin’s first major rock festival.
The jersey is white with an all over thin purple diamond outline with a small rose image at each point.
The collar and cuffs are coloured purple with the latter featuring a black rose pattern.
A black O’Neills logo is placed on the right breast with a black, purple and white Bohemian FC badge on the left breast.
In the centre of the front is the Thin Lizzy logo whilst in the bottom right corner of the front is a special tag inspired by the original concert poster.
On the top of the back is the lyric ‘Friday night they’ll be dressed to kill’ from The Boys are Back in Town.
A donation of 10% from each shirt sale will be used to bring music to disadvantaged and socially isolated children across Dublin in conjunction with club partners for the project ‘Music Generation Dublin City.
