Benfica 2014/15 Home Kit Released

UEFA Europa League 2013/14 runners up Benfica have released their new 2014/15 home kit made by adidas.

The new Benfica home jersey has a red base colour (Benfica red) but features a compass design on the left breast that is a darker shade of red. The Benfica badge is placed in the middle of the compass that has both a horizontal and vertical dark red stripe coming from it.

The compass design is inspired by a huge compass in Lisbon, which was a gift from South Africa back in 1960.

A white adidas logo is placed on the left breast with the familiar stripes on the shoulders also white.

The Portuguese club are again sponsored by Meo who have their name in the middle of the jersey.

Benfica’s new 2014/15 football kit is completed with white shorts and red socks.
