Athletic Bilbao Home and Away Kits 2016-17 Released

News from Liga BBVA as Nike and Athletic Bilbao have unveiled their new home and away kits for the 2016-17 season.

The new home strip features red and white stripes as always. The piping comes from the armpit to the neck and, as the sleeves are also striped this year, this creates a striking look for the new outfit. There is no black trim on the new home shirt, unlike last season’s effort. The back features a large red panel for the name and number to be clearly seen in, in line with UEFA’s rules.

The shorts are black with a red stripe down either side, and the socks are also black.

The new away kit features a dark/olive green colour, with black sleeves. The neck features green trim, while the stripe running down from the armpit to the bottom of the jersey is in red. The Nike logo is white, whilst the Kutxabank logo is oddly is black, although it does have a thick white outline.

The shorts and socks are both dark green with red trim.
