News from the MLS this lunchtime as the new Adidas New York City FC 2015 away kit has been released.
The inaugural New York City FC 2015 away soccer jersey has a black base colour with five diagonal jacquard stripes running across the front which represent New York’s five boroughs.
The famous Adidas stripes on the shoulders, the cuffs and the hem are sky blue whilst the collar features an orange triangle detail at the bottom of it.
A light blue Adidas logo is placed on the right breast with the NYCFC badge on the left. Official shirt sponsor ‘Etihad Airways’, have their name in the middle of the jersey coloured sky blue. An orange MLS New York City logo appears on the side of both sleeves.
The 2015 New York City FC away kit as worn by Frank Lampard and David Villa above is completed with black shorts and socks with sky blue details.
